We have been sailing these waters for over 18 years, beginning in 2008 as Sailandstay and now as Sailnplay. Today, we operate our luxury catamaran Optimist of London II and our luxury motor yacht Charlie Ruggle, offering all-inclusive half-day (4-hour) cruises complete with delicious meals, all drinks, watersports, professional crew, and fuel.
We welcome individuals, couples, families, and groups of all sizes, from intimate escapes to large celebrations. Multiple yachts can be arranged in a sailing flotilla, with exceptional catering and a complimentary bar.
Every charter includes a fully qualified crew, fuel (excluding day boats), food, drinks, sea toys, and all applicable taxes and booking fees. There are no hidden costs. What you see is exactly what you pay.

Book a trip between now and the end of October 2026 on our Luxury Catamaran (Optimist of London II) or our luxury Motor Yacht (Charlie Ruggle) based in Marina del Este (La Herradura) in the heart of the most beautiful coastline in southern Spain, on the Costa Tropical, a little known jewel of the Costa del Sol, between Nerja & Motril. We offer skippered sailing trips departing every day from Marina del Este, (just 10 minutes from Almuñécar, 20 minutes east of Nerja & 50 minutes from Malaga & Granada). Together with our transport partner Paul we can offer a 6/8 seater and/or two luxury 16 seater minibuses and can collect and deliver you to the marina from anywhere on the Costa Tropical.
We Operate 12 Months of the Year on the Sunny Costa Tropical, both Sailing and Playing!
SUMMER 2026: Our season is from April 1st to October 31st when we will offer the following daily:
Optimist of London luxury sailing catamaran three 2 or 4 hour cruises daily, at 0900, 1330, and 1800 from €50 per person.
Charlie Ruggle 38ft Rodman luxury powered cabin cruiser three 2 or 4 hour cruises daily, at 0900, 1330, and 1800 from €50 per person.
Luxury Day Boats with professional skippers and all the boat toys at your disposal, 4 hours at 1000 or 1600, or a full day (7 hours) from 1100 – 1800, from just €75 per person.
AUTUMN/WINTER/SPRING: From November 1st to March 31st, we offer the following daily:
Optimist of London luxury sailing catamaran two 3 hour cruises daily at 1230 or 1600 from €80 per person.
